3 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cups shredded carrots
1/4 cup finely sliced green onions
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1½ cups John’s Famous® Dressing
6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Combine the green and red cabbages, carrots, and green onions in a large bowl. Take a small bowl and toss the cubed apples with the lemon juice and then add to the cabbage mixture. In a small bowl, combine the John’s Famous® Dressing and horseradish. Add to the coleslaw and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
