6 each – Pork Chops (about an inch thick)
3/4 cup – John’s Famous® Slaw Dressing
6 tbsp – Brown Sugar
6 slices – Lemon
6 slices – Onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place lightly salt and peppered pork chops in a shallow pan. Spread 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of John’s Famous® Slaw Dressing on each pork chop. Top each pork chop with a slice of onion and then a slice of lemon. Add enough water to pan to reach halfway up the pork chops. Cover pan and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Enjoy!
