4 Scallions
1/2 to 3/4 cup John’s Famous® Slaw Dressing (depending on size of fennel & cabbage)

1/2 to 3/4 cup John’s Famous® Slaw Dressing (depending on size of fennel & cabbage)
Remove the outer leaves and core from red cabbage and shred or slice very thin. Trim the edges and remove the tough outer leaves of the fennel and shred or slice very thin. Clean and slice the scallions very thin. Combine all ingredients adding salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
